Can't manage removed files using the web app at all, including resolving issues

Describe the solution you'd like

The issues tab to be there or at least be able to remove missing audiobooks from the library as an admin user

Describe alternatives you've considered

The option isn't available on the MWA either, so I submitted a feature request for that elsewhere.
