Hello,
I would like to request that the option to change the plackback speed be accessible only to admins.
I have audio I want my kids to listen to the files at regular speed, right now, they can speed up playback just to get done.

I think it would make more sense to add it as a configurable permission in server/user settings. I for one want my family to be able to control speed of their own playback, but I don't want to make them admins.

But otherwise I'm not opposed.
