The following Issue seems to be related to #290 which seems to have been fixed but either was reintroduced or happens again because I get the problem for a couple of weeks now consistently.
Steps to reproduce
Open the Android Client
select locally stored Audiobook
continue playing
set a timer to end-of-chapter
wait for the chapter to finish
repeat from 1st step
Expected behaviour
The Playback should continue where it left off the last time it played
Actual behaviour
The Chapter restarts that you already listened to
Environment data
Audiobookshelf Version: v2.1.5
Android Issue
Android version: Android 13
Device model: Google Pixel 4 XL
Stock or customized system: Stock
App Version: 0.9.57-beta

This is weird, I have now tried to investigate this a bit further but after listening to a chapter from the "Continue Listening" section (so the "online" location) and then subsequent chapters from the "Local books" section, this behaviour is not happening anymore.
Therefore I will close this Issue.
