Can this filter be added to the user profile settings as well?
I am considering the case you have the same audiobook in multiple languages. As a user, I would like to configure a permanent filter to select only the languages I speak.

There is a similar setting in [Calibre-Web](https://github.com/janeczku/calibre-web):

Blocking a user prevents them from interacting with repositories, such as opening or commenting on pull requests or issues. Learn more about blocking a user.
