a message - idk how (maybe a link with text or a icon or a popup) - in the app if a new version of the server or app available.

a new server version is available (only for the owner / admin / root)
a new app version is available (for all)
a new server version is available and its important to update the app cause of malfunctions between the server and app (for all but ... idk, like: "there is a new app version available but the server need a update too" or so )

why?

there are many many user available that ignores mobile app updates
