Steps to reproduce

  1. Press button to play or resume any podcast from home or detail screens with server version 2.0.14 and iOS app version 0.9.44.

Expected behaviour

  • Play controls appear at bottom of screen, playback begins

Actual behaviour

  • No controls appear and playback does not begin. Server does display file as recently played.

Environment data

Audiobookshelf Version: v2.0.14

  • Android App?
  • iOS App?

iOS Issue

iOS Version: 15
iPhone model: 13
Audiobookshelf app version: 0.9.44

This issue does not occur on app version 0.9.42, but does occur in 0.9.44.
