Describe the issue

Create a user and disable the download option.
Login in to latest mobile app (0.9.45) and try to download any files.

Issue: User is able to download the files.

Expectation: Since this user was restricted from downloading files, they should not be able to download the files.

Steps to reproduce the issue

  1. Create a user and disable the download option.
  2. Login in to latest mobile app (0.9.45) and try to download any files.

Audiobookshelf version

2.0.14
