What was the Problem?

On Android, after a minute or so, the audio will drop out for a bit (10-30s) before coming back. It's not a pause, the book continues forward.
This doesn't appear to happen on Android Auto, and if I pause the book long enough sometimes it stops happening.
It happens again if the app closes.
It's beginning to drive me a bit mad.

Steps to Reproduce the Issue

Open the app, play locally downloaded audiobook (especially over Bluetooth headphones).

What was Expected?

Continued audio

Android Pixel 10pro

Phone OS

Android 17

Audiobookshelf App Version

Android App - 0.11.0

Installation Source

Google Play Store

force-stopping the app and clearing cache seems to help for a few hours.
