What was the Problem?

I've recently upgraded my Android phone to Android 16 (via Realme UI 7). Since then, the media controls buttons in the quick settings overlay don't work as expected.

The forward button increases the playback speed, and the rewind button fast-forwards. The play/pause button works fine.

This only happens in the small media controls. The bigger panel that appears when I press on the small one, and the lock-screen panel work OK. See attached image.

Steps to Reproduce the Issue

  1. Play a book
  2. Navigate to the Android main screen
  3. Bring up the quick settings overlay
  4. Press the rewind or fast-forward button

What was Expected?

Rewind rewinds.
Fast-forward fast-forwards.
