[Bug]: No way to remove server from Android app if you can't connect to it #1301

What was the Problem?

I have 3 serves added to my app and would like to remove two of them. If I click the ... button next to one of them it tries to connect then gives me a "Failed to connect..." error, and doesn't open the menu which would allow me to remove it.

Steps to Reproduce the Issue

  1. Add a server
  2. Somehow make the server URL invalid
  3. Click the ... button to try to remove it

What was Expected?

The login form should be shown, with the trash button
