What was the Problem?

I upgraded my server to v2.28.0 from v2.25 earlier this week and all was fine. My app got closed and I had to relogin today but it's failing with the error SSO error: Config already exists for this address and username. I'm using Authentik for authentication and Traefik for my proxy, and I've confirmed the authentication requests are succeeding. I can authenticate via the browser fine.

Steps to Reproduce the Issue

I'm not entirely sure how to reproduce.

What was Expected?

Login via app should proceed.

I was able to remove the config and re-add it to login successfully.
