What was the Problem?

The android app is consuming a lot of background use and therefor battery, even when not being actively used much - on the beta channel 0.9.81-beta

Total listening of approx 1.5 hours today, in two sessions:

Yet battery use looks like this:

Over 25% of my battery, on a 2 month olf Pixel 9 pro running Android 16

Steps to Reproduce the Issue

Have android app in the background doing nothing...

What was Expected?

Battery not to be hammered quite so much
