Describe the Feature/Enhancement

Please update User permissions to allow them the ability to create personal collections. Like a playlist, but also a toggle to allow/restrict them to allow/prevent indexing.

Why would this be helpful?

This would give users access to create collections, with RSS feeds, for series that only the user cares about.
