Implement an Option to Enforce syncing the current progress before device change

Why would this be helpful?

Using more than one device, sync is very helpful. Reading #1416 I understand there are multiple issuesbehind automatic syncing.

I would like to have the option to press sync, when I know I'm changing the device in the next few minutes, saving time and taps with just tapping "Sync now" instead of looking into History, close the app, bring it up again, check history again. This would be a fine workaround until autosync works as wanted
