The logs say:

File path does not exist /metadata/streams/88086e4c-2bba-41d5-9c5a-e3be09a581c7/output-0.ts

I have tried rescanning the library to no avail!

Can you please use the issue template?

What app version? Android or iOS? Do you get any logs other on the server when you try and stream (when using Debug logs)?

What file format and codec? Is it a single file or multi file book?
