Move Create Bookmark button to top

Why would this be helpful?

The more bookmarks you have the longer the list is the more you have to constantly scroll to add new ones.

Future Implementation (Screenshot)

Just move the button to the top.

alternatively, the bookmark button could stay at the bottom, but always be shown... letting the list of existing bookmarks scroll without moving the button
