What was the Problem?

Lock Player option removes the seek controls from the player,

but it doesn't remove them from the media notification controls

This is also separate from the position seeking control option.

Steps to Reproduce the Issue

  1. Start playing audiobook
  2. Choose Lock Player option from three dots menu
  3. Pull down notification bar menu
  4. Seek in notification controls

What was Expected?

Locking player removes seek/position controls from notification control menu.
