Describe the Feature/Enhancement

If there is only one chapter of a book or no chapters at all, the chapter bar does not display in the app.

Why would this be helpful?

Some of the audiobooks are so short they consist of a single book chapter... and I may just remove all chapters if it is a GraphicAudio presentation. This results in both the chapter and book time being the same which is redundant.
