Replace zip/tar archive distribution with platform-native installers:
- Windows: NSIS installer (.exe) with per-user install to
%LOCALAPPDATA%\Programs\Aryx, Start Menu and Desktop shortcuts,
Add/Remove Programs registration, and silent install support
- macOS: DMG disk image (.dmg) with drag-to-Applications experience
via create-dmg
- Linux: Debian package (.deb) with /opt/aryx installation,
/usr/bin/aryx symlink, desktop entry, hicolor icons, and
libsecret-1-0 dependency declaration
Add scripts/create-installer.ts as the platform-dispatching entry
point. Update CI workflow to produce native installers instead of
archives. Add installerAssetName to ReleaseTarget interface.

Generalize the scratchpad-only model/reasoning-effort selector to work
in any session whose pattern has exactly one agent. This enables model
switching above the chat input for project 1-on-1 chats, not just
scratchpads.
- Rename ScratchpadSessionConfig -> SessionModelConfig across domain,
contracts, IPC, preload, and renderer
- Replace isScratchpadProject guard with agents.length === 1 check in
EryxAppService.updateSessionModelConfig and ChatPane pills gate
- Apply session model config in buildEffectivePattern whenever present,
regardless of project type
- Seed sessionModelConfig on session creation for any single-agent
pattern

Resolve chat tooling from the selected session's project instead of the
separately tracked selectedProjectId so project-scoped discovered MCPs do
not appear for the wrong session. Also synchronize selectedProjectId when
a session is selected and add regression tests for both behaviors.

Add a Troubleshooting section under a Support nav group in Settings:
- Open App Data Folder: reveals the user-data directory in the OS file
explorer via shell.openPath.
- Reset Local Workspace: destructive action that deletes workspace.json
and scratchpad contents, clears the in-memory cache, and reseeds
defaults. Auth secrets are preserved. Requires two-step confirmation.
New IPC channels, ElectronApi methods, and preload bridge added for
openAppDataFolder and resetLocalWorkspace. Existing electron mock in
tests updated to include shell.

Extend edge deletion to group-chat orchestrator↔agent edges in addition
to handoff agent↔agent edges. Structural edges (user-input/output,
distributor/collector) remain non-deletable across all modes.
Sequential, concurrent, and single modes keep fully structural topologies
with no user-deletable edges.

Replace the flat agent list and static flow diagrams in PatternEditor with
an interactive React Flow canvas backed by the authoritative PatternGraph
model. Users can now see and manipulate orchestration topology visually.

- Create patternGraph view-model layer for graph-to-canvas projection
- Create GraphNodes with custom system/agent node components
- Create PatternGraphCanvas with drag, connect, and selection support

The canvas projects PatternGraph into React Flow nodes/edges. Handoff mode
supports drawing new agent-to-agent edges interactively. Node positions
persist to the graph on drag completion. Agent editing moves from inline
forms to the inspector panel on node selection.

Add appearance theme support (dark/light/system) using CSS custom
property overrides. In light mode the Tailwind zinc scale is inverted
and semantic surface/border tokens are swapped, so all existing
utility classes pick up the new palette automatically.
- Add AppearanceTheme type and theme field to WorkspaceSettings
- Add setTheme IPC channel wiring (contracts, preload, handler, service)
- Add [data-theme='light'] CSS overrides for zinc scale, surface tokens,
scrollbar, and markdown prose colours
- Add Appearance section to SettingsPanel with radio-button theme picker

Add a GitHub Actions workflow that validates the app on pushes and pull requests, and publishes Windows, macOS, and Linux release assets when a tag is pushed.
Also replace the Windows-only packaging flow with cross-platform Bun scripts for sidecar publishing and Electron packaging so the release job can package each runner natively.

Audit confirmed that single, sequential, concurrent, and handoff are mapped to distinct workflow builders as intended. Group-chat was also using the correct round-robin manager, but the agents only had one-shot role prompts, so the reviewer could behave like a fresh assistant instead of refining the draft in progress. Add explicit runtime guidance for group-chat participants plus clearer built-in Writer/Reviewer instructions and regression coverage.

Seed new TypeScript LSP profiles with --stdio, validate that shared profiles keep the required flag, auto-add it for existing profiles in the sidecar runtime, and include recent stderr when a language server dies before completing a request. Add shared and sidecar regression coverage.

Drop the refresh-time sidecar restart workaround and its helper/tests now that the verified fix is in the sidecar subprocess launcher itself. This keeps the runtime simpler and leaves only the changes required for correct Copilot version detection.

Wait for an intentional sidecar dispose to exit before refreshing capabilities, and ignore exit events from stale sidecar processes. This prevents a refresh from killing the old process and then having that old exit reject the new capabilities request with an unexpected sidecar exit error.

Force-refreshing sidecar capabilities now disposes the idle sidecar process before re-querying capabilities, so Kopaya can pick up backend sidecar changes and refreshed Copilot connection state without a full app restart.
Add a small helper and regression tests for the refresh decision.
