* Support AllOf in definitions

* Refactor MapSchemaAllOfToObject method and add test files

* Include schema examples

* Refactor duplicate code, create method MapPropertyAsJObject

* Remove commented code

* Merge from master + update WireMock.Net.OpenApiParser.ConsoleApp
