I was wondering if we could add a note about the __admin/health endpoint to the https://github.com/WireMock-Net/WireMock.Net/wiki/Admin-API-Reference wiki page, it helped me out on a recent piece of work but was kinda difficult to find from the docs in this repo from my experience.

Potentially even just referencing this PR https://github.com/WireMock-Net/WireMock.Net/pull/1112
