Followed instructions to the dot to create a rather simple test for WireMock and continuosly keep getting 'ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED'

            Server = FluentMockServer.StartWithAdminInterface(8080);

Will refuse localhost:8080/__admin/settings

Instructions on setting up should be clear and fail proof for new comers.
