Fix BodyAsFile to also allow relative paths (#244)

* Read only .json files as static mapping files and fix current folder for BodyAsFile

* include .json again

* LocalFileSystemHandler_ReadResponseBodyAsFile_Throws

* Read array from static mappings folder

* xml soap example
