Include projected amounts in future month's Current Balances or Totals #35

I just installed the app today and love it except that projected transactions don't effect future balances.

Example:

Bank Account A has a balance of 100 as of March 1st.
A recurring transaction is created that projects that 100 will be deposited on March 15th and every month, on the 15th, after.
The projected balance for March is now 200.
The projected Total balance for April (and each following month) remains at 200 though.

For the Monthly and Yearly views is there already a way or can you create a mechanism (a check box or slider maybe?) that allows seeing future month's Balances or Totals as though the projected transactions from previous months have either went through and were entered as actual transactions or just have the Total projected amount take into account that month and previous month's projected transactions?

Hope that makes sense. The example hopefully spells out the issue at least.

I know you say you don't like budgeting but that suggested functionality is the only form of budgeting that I use (just being able to make a somewhat educated guess on what balances should be next month or next year assuming these projected transactions go through). It seems like it could be a fairly easy feature to add, though I have very little programming experience so I could be wrong.

I'm not 100% sure I understood your request, so bear with me on this one:

The Monthly view always shows the given total, projected or paid, for the selected month, that's the core philosophy of WYGIWYH, i.e. what you get on that month is what you have to expend.

I understand you want to see your running balance on a given month, have you tried going to Net worth? The Current view shows the totals for all paid transactions, and the projected views shows the totals for both paid and unpaid, the graph on the right should allow you to see the running total for any month up to that month. Does this fit your needs or you need something else?

EDIT: Also on the Net Worth view you can click on the name of a currency or account to quickly highlight it on the chart. Click on the card title (By currency, By account) to reset the chart.
