I have deleted the pre-built images, as they would likely result in a DMCA notice at some point in the future.

I am expecting an email from Docker Hub today/tomorrow on whether they will unblock my URL (sickcodes/docker-osx:latest) and after that I will make some appropriate changes to the readme. I have quite a bit of time this week :)
