The mouse pointer is lagging behind 2-3 seconds on movements and clicks.
It is not just the mouse, anything in the UI is slow, every menu is opening slow, just choosing the date in 'Account creation' is a very slow process (2-3 minutes to get the date chosen)
How to make it useable ?

You have to disable updates and the first boot is laggy. Display is always laggy, you can try AnyDesk client for GUI, but compute is fast
