I don't know how feasible this is but it would help a lot if I could just pass my Apple ID credentials into the command line and have an container without any GUI (useful for security research).

Seems to be not so easy.
Blocking a user prevents them from interacting with repositories, such as opening or commenting on pull requests or issues. Learn more about blocking a user.
