There is this nice blog post about asking review to user: Getting from ⭐️⭐️ to ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Basically the main idea is to ask for review after an update:

It’s a fair trade. We give a little something and ask for a little something.

This could lead to a new great feature to Armchair. Don't you think so?

We already do that. We ask every new version of the app after the criteria you specify has been met. You can even change the text to whatever you want to reflect the verbiage they use.
