You can’t open the application “AlDente_2.1Alpha” because it may be damaged or incomplete.

Using brew install aldente installs v1.2 which is neither native ARM nor seems to work on my M1 Mac.

Fixed the problem as follows:

  1. Right-click on the app and select "Show Package Contents"
  2. Drag AlDente to Applications
  3. Right-click on AlDente in the application folder and select "open"
  4. Enter your password.
