You can’t open the application “AlDente_2.1Alpha” because it may be damaged or incomplete.
Using brew install aldente installs v1.2 which is neither native ARM nor seems to work on my M1 Mac.

Right-click on the app and select "Show Package Contents"
Drag AlDente to Applications
Right-click on AlDente in the application folder and select "open"
Enter your password.

Fixed the problem as follows:
1. Right-click on the app and select "Show Package Contents"
2. Drag AlDente to Applications
3. Right-click on AlDente in the application folder and select "open"
4. Enter your password.
