Hi
I'm using the free tier of Aldente and a 2019 MacBook Pro (16"). It seems when the app gets closed, the battery won't be charging anymore and battery status says: "Plugged but Not Charging". Can you confirm this is the expected behavior?
If yes: I remember from another discussion that Aldente uses low-level system registries to control battery charging. Why does closing the app disables all such settings?
@MatthiasKerbl commented on GitHub (Oct 8, 2021):
Hi @emadpres,
Do you use the Intel Mode of AlDente?
Cheers,
Matthias
@emadpres commented on GitHub (Oct 13, 2021):
No, the Intel checkbox is not ticked.

Hi @emadpres,
It is definitely not the intended behavior of AlDente to prohibit charging when AlDente is closed.
Please try to completely reinstall AlDente.
Cheers,
Matthias

Fixed. Thanks.
