  • CVE-2022-21724 pgjdbc instantiates plugin instances based on class names provided via authenticationPluginClassName, sslhostnameverifier, socketFactory, sslfactory, sslpasswordcallback connection properties. However, the driver did not verify if the class implements the expected interface before instantiating the class.
