I'm not sure I understand. Do you have the audio file open in the player at the time you are editing?

The chapter editor doesn't edit the audio file…

Have you matched against an online provider, or are you only scanning the book from your file system?

I have audible.com set as the metadata…

After deleting the books and rescanning the library, they appear correctly.
